We just bought a used car from Walker and (this is not hyperbole) it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! To scale our experience we’ve purchased 5 vehicles since 2020 so we’ve seen poor sales experiences to good, but this was the best. Why was it the best… Shawna was literally a person of her word. She showed us transparently the cost of the vehicle and there were no surprises. She worked hard to make it easy for us to test drive the vehicle and worked around our multiple schedules. She stayed late to help us. When we went to sign Jeff was upfront and we didn’t deal with any BS like other shops force you to go through with endless upsells that make no sense. Not done. Still waiting to schedule an appointment with body shop. I waited to post this...Austin came through with flying colors! My issues have been resolved & I wasn't inconvenienced being without my wheels because a loaner was provided. I love my truck!
