It was very convenient and quick, they take service to a new level, I’m very pleased. I some issues with the front end (upper ball joints) which was found during regular maintenance by my mechanic, so I brought it into Walker Jones which I had purchased the vehicle from and their lifetime bumper to bumper warranty and in the same day I was scheduled for confirmation, they fixed it and while that was taking place they gave me a vehicle to drive so I could take care of the daily’s, I couldn’t ask for any better, appreciate yall Brad T, Blake and everyone who was behind the scenes

The experience was good and fast. I had a problem with the pricing versus the service I received. I feel as though the charge scale need to be reevaluated based on the labor that is actually performed. I must say the manager Brad Guest was polite and informational, he provided me with the insight I needed to understand my billing, which I appreciate. My car is running properly thanks.

I recently purchased a new car from Walker Jones. Their customer service was impeccably responsive and they did a fantastic job ensuring I was happy with my new car! I took my dad back a few weeks later and he purchased a new truck from Walker Jones as well. He too had the best experience!!!! They treated us like family and I’ll always go back!

The people are very friendly and kept me informed about my truck. Service was fast and Kaitlyn went over what was done to my truck. Will keep getting it serviced there for sure.

This is the first truck i have bought since moving to Georgia. I talked to Herbie over the phone after extensive online searching for the truck I wanted. He was pleasant to converse with and assured me they had a truck for me and asked me to stop in. When I arrived I was met by Ashley, she was was very attentive and not pushy at all. The truck I had my eyes on actually sold the day before. With the help of Ashley & Brad they found a truck I fell in love with. There wasn't alot of hassle that you usually get with car dealers and they went above and beyond to get a good interest rate i was comfortable with. We agreed on the price and the rest was easy! What i liked the most was the down home feeling I got while I was there with my wife and daughter. I will definitely be back to see Ashley in
