DO NOT trust their service department. This is a bit long so you get all the information as to why I’m so pissed. Wrangler eco-diesel brought in for transmission issues after 1 year of owning vehicle. Had water in the transmission, how, I have no clue. I’m damn near 60 years old and have had multiple back surgeries. Off-roading is NOT an option for me. Well, the whole time I was accused by their service manager that I took it in the river. SERIOUSLY?! I was told that the district manager informed the service manager that my warranty wouldn’t cover it and I would have to claim it on my insurance.
