Walmart Auto Care Center

Had an appt for new tires plus installation on Sun 1/04. Tires did not arrive on time (not their fault), rescheduled for Mon 1/05. Showed up and was told they double-booked and could not install my tires. Rescheduled AGAIN for TH 1/08. Showed up and was told they do not have the proper equipment to install my specific tires and cannot do it. They were zero percent apologetic and stated there was no manager on duty to speak with me. My choices were to take the tires with me (in my Ford Fusion.... sure) or return them, go somewhere else and start over. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD with an auto care center. I will NOT be going back and I will NOT recommend this location to ANYONE I know.

Called about an oil change and asked if its still first come first serve, and she said yes. I asked if they would have time for me today and she said she was unsure. She said she looked out and there were NO cars being worked on and said they had NO appointments lined up rest of the day. She said to come and they should be able to work on my car. I arrive and the guy said they were short staffed and had appointments for the rest of the day. I explained that this was not what I was told on the phone earlier. He recommended to book an appointment for the next day but I was already frustrated so I just left. I'm not surprised this place always has change of management and staffing.

Awful service. Was told they couldn't replace my battery because the terminal was loose. Told me to tow my car as opposed to putting on a terminal that would have taken 2 minutes. Walked away and shrugged shoulders. I'm done here.

I needed a flat repaired. Everyone that I worked with was nothing more than AMAZING! I’m a Walmart+ member but didn’t realize that it was no charge because of that. I asked “don’t I have to pay yet?”. The gentleman said “as a Walmart+ member there isn’t a charge”. He then proceeded to tell me more about things that I can save on. He was so kind! About 2 weeks prior to today’s appointment I walked in at 7am in a state of complete hysteria. I had lost my dog the night prior and had been up all night searching for him in farm fields and woods. I had been crying all night. During my search my fab key needed a new battery. I was greeted by Nancy asking for help. She did her best but needed further assistance. She went and got the tech, I believe his name was Kyle. He came in got it open, told

Bad customer service. Called and inquired about a blinker light replacement, the person who answered the phone simply said “we’re booked today” and didn’t offer me an alternative time or day to come in. He simply said “bye” and hung up the phone after I told him “okay no problem, have a nice day”. Won’t be choosing this auto center ever just based off of the simple lack of basic customer service.
