Trash. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I had an appointment to get some maintenance done and when I showed up for my appointment they told me they didn’t have that part and used the last one last night.. When I asked what we were gonna do about this, the guy just stared at me blankly. So, I said let’s set another appointment, you call me when you get the parts in. Guy says he will go inside to grab a pen and paper to take my name and information and leaves me hanging out there never to be seen again… I went inside to look for him and nowhere to be found. Service was absolutely trash. Take your business elsewhere. Below average intelligence to work here. Curly hair dude you were cool but over promised me.

If i could leave no stars, i would. They left the filter loose, and the oil pan drain bolt aswell leaked oil everywhere i went didn't notice till i got to my out of town traveling destination. Always tried to upsell saying they don t have particular oil in stock. I'm extremely disappointed.

Arrived and I was the only car in the bay. 1.5 hours for oil change. 0 out of 10 stars

No idea what kind of maintenance you can receive here, they were closed at 0900 Saturday morning. I arrived well after their posted open hours, but they were still closed and lights were off. I called to see if Google had the wrong information which can happen. No, Google was right, they just didn't have enough people show up for work. I guess the one mechanic that answered my call couldn't open on his own. Why, no idea, didn't get that question answered. Then when questioned about when they would open, again giving them the benefit of the doubt, (covid/childcare/etc.) I was told " I dont know, maybe after noon or possibly Monday..." Wish my boss was that generous.

Your tire shop is, at best, a fiasco. Managers don't ever seem to be available, and when they are in the shop, they have no customer service skills and are borderline rude. The employees are talked down too, and are more worried about getting scolded by management, than customer satisfaction. I do not recommend coming here unless you have a few hours waiting. 4 1/2 hours of waiting for one mount and balance.
