Walmart Auto Care Center

This was my sign not to go get my oil change here. I simply called to ask roughly how much an oil change would be for two of my cars. The lady said “we. I can’t see the sign from here and it depends on the kind of oil” so I inform her “they both are over 100k miles so I’d probobly do high mileage oil. And he responds with “probobly” so I then ask again about how much that would be and if she needs to know what my vehicles are. The reply I got from her was “well like I said I can’t see the sign HAHAHA, But I’d assume about $48 I think for high mileage oil but again I can’t see the sign” like what the heck!!!! GO CHECK! This is my sign NOT to go here for an oil change. I really hope a manager sees this!!!!!

I got new tires for the car. Just made a 1400 mile trip and it was a much better ride then last time.

They are awesome! Had my car oil changed and car ready in less than 15 min! And all workers were very nice and approachable! Will continue to come back, great customer services!

The guys down at auto sales were great. I needed an oil change on my way back from my road trip, headed to NY and was having some issues with my car. These guys really "steered me in the right direction". That was some quality service right there, I wish they could have accepted tips though! They deserve raises, all of them.

I would like to say thank you to the manager Chris, auto/tire department supervisor Simon and his crew for going WAY above and beyond for Cheryl and I, we were many miles from home, and had many miles to go with our two horses in the trailer, when we had not one, but two tires blow out within an hour of each other!! Late on a Saturday night! Being 2 plus hours from our overnight stop, with 9 more hours yet to drive on Sunday, and having used our only spare, we were in serious trouble, we called every where near by to find tires, the Walmart in Atlantic Iowa thought they had some, but the service center was closed for the night. It was our only option, so we limped our trailer the 12 miles there, and explained the situation to the night manager Chris, he checked the inventory and was pretty
