Walmart Auto Care Center

Horrible service. Unprofessional. Went for an oil change, there was no wait, but ended up waiting from 1048 to 1148. Both lanes had no cars..soon as I complained and asked for my keys they said "your car is next" I went into Walmart to go shopping at 11:22am came back at 11:48am still no cars in there..mine was pulled up at the beginning of the garage but was not started. I asked for my keys to leave and then one guy who seems to be the manger says "we will pull it up now and start it". Nope too late im leaving. Everyone was just chilling and hanging out not doing anything! They leave people crs sitting and get to them when they feel like it. The lady who was in there before me also complained because she waited for over 40min before they started her car. The point is there were no cars

Took my vehicle to get oil change and also got 4 brand new tires, after I left I kept smelling a strong fuel smell . I thought it was the cars riding along side me until my check engine light pop on. I was baffled because I take very good care of my car and upon popping the hood I noticed my oil dipstick,was standing up and not seated in property which had my mass flow sensor off because it was detecting negative pressure. Oil was everywhere and I returned my vehicle back there and was approached by Darrell the team-lead and he stated oh that wasn't cause by that by then I was almost on 100 because I know my vehicle dude im like let me speak to the manager so he got Mr.Bruce for me the new manager and he assured me that that was in fact what the issue was but for the guy Darrell to say it

Everytome I have tried to come get an oil change there's 4 cars waiting in each lane with no one greeting you to tell you what to do or how long the wait is (some places have you wait in the car, some don't, so is like to know what to do) so this time I made an appointment online to avoid the wait. I showed up on time but no one was in the service center. After about 5 minutes someone showed up and I told them I had an appointment and they took my info and keys- make sure you know what oil you want cause they don't ask, they'll just charge you whatever they have (at least according to their sign they have 3 different synthetic oil change options, I was not given a choice). I figured my car was about done after 30 minutes of waiting, but that's when I got the text message that they *started

Timely appointment, Team leader was accommodating with oil change necessities due to brand needed was out in shop he pulled off shelf and gave a discount on cost.

FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! The Walmart Tire Center staff at the East-West Connector location, especially the rude, disrespectful female cashier, are a complete embarrassment to customer service. After opening the doors after the 7 am start time, I and 2 other customers observed the first customer of the morning greet the cashier warmly with, “Good morning, how are you?” only to receive a cold head nod and a dismissive “What do you need?” She had this same demeanor for all customers, no smile, no greeting, just the look of a grumpy old man. When it came time to check out, the cashier and technicians were nowhere to be found. After finally locating a technician, he said he’d call the cashier yet she never appeared.
