Walmart Auto Care Center

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! I had a terrible experience with Walmart’s tire service. I brought my car in to have all four tires replaced, expecting a simple, hassle-free process. Even though they weren’t familiar with my type of car, they still went ahead with the work. After the service, my car started shaking every time I drove it, and it felt like one of the tires was going to fall off. Along with that, I noticed a few other issues, such as uneven tire pressure and strange noises coming from the wheels. I took it back to Walmart three separate times to try and fix the issue, but each time they told me the tires were balanced and that everything was fine. Eventually, I took it to another shop to get it checked out, and they discovered that Walmart had bent the rotor plate and left

Now I will preface this with , I had no issues with my tires BUT they almost gave my appointment to another person with the same car and almost put my tires on her car . I was honestly just frustrated because they didn’t ask her for an id or anything but asked me a ton of questions . If I were any later they wouldn’t have noticed. Once the mix up was cleared up it was fine but I just am not confident this won’t happen again .

I actually went to the tire center on rt 60. Several workers outside, yet no one approached me. I was there for about 15 minutes. A worker from the Barboursville tire location (David) was there, while he had two tires in his hands. He stopped and asked if anyone approached me? I told him no. He then told the techs they had a customer. They looked up and kept working. David told me to see him at his store in Barboursville and he will take care of me. That he did. I highly recommend the Barboursville location. Thank you David!! You definitely went above and beyond!!!!

Had issues with the Goodyear assurance tires. Service is awesome. Manager Scott is great and offered a full refund after many trips there. Even offered to rotate and balance my new tires I bought elsewhere. Would highly recommend this auto care center, would not recommend Goodyear tires. Instead, order tires online and have them shipped here.
