Sept 16 at went to Walmart Bartlett to purchase a lifetime tire rotation & balance service. I received the service in a timely manner. On October 4, I ran over some metal in the road and had a flat. I could not get the lugs loose, so I called my son and husband. They came and the two of them working together could not get the lugs off the wheel. I had to call roadside assistance to come and have the tire removed because the tech at Walmart tightened the lugs too tight. (cost more than what I just paid for rotate & balance 2 weeks ago). Because of the difference in tire wear from the new to existing tires, I had to replace all 4 tires. I had them replaced at the closest Walmart store to me. All of the staff working in the department are so friendly and welcoming! Had to come in for a tire repair and they worked so quickly and kept me updated frequently. They truly saved me in a moment of distress because no one else is open on Sunday and mobile tech calls are crazy on weekends.

Purchased and ordered tire online and scheduled installation. Tire arrived and I took car to the auto care at us64 location. After waiting an hour they said they can not put the tire on the car as the wheels may not be factory one. I was surprised and upset that they can not do a simple task when customer waited for days for order to arrive and hours at store again. Scheduled at other wholesale brand location and no issues. Got even better tires on deal.

Had an appointment at 9:00 for a rear tire on the passenger side and a flat repair on the drivers side. The passenger side rear tire had wire coming out of it. They took so long I walked back and they put the wrong tire on the wrong rim. I am still here at 11:00 this is ridiculous. So I told them to not worry about the flat repair. Just put the tire on and I am getting the heck out of here. This is the second time they have put the wrong tire on the wrong rim. 20 dollars saved I keep coming back for the mental abuse. Am I crazy or what.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 12:30, with a free tire rotation because I bought the tires from there. I shop for 45 minutes in the store and check out. Come back to the auto counter, and I am being purposely avoided. When someone finally shows back up, the response was everybody took a lunch break and now they are bringing in the car. That lasted for another 45 minutes. When I went to pay for just an oil change there was labor cost for the FREE tire rotation. I signed up for a $25 oil change and free tire rotation, and ended up spending $68. I would say they are rude but they just run from customers and stay in the bays. Very disappointed. I will go back to changing my own oil.
