Walmart Auto Care Center

I went for an oil change and the people were nice enough, but before I even got to 70% life remaining, I got a "low oil" message. I brought it back and was asked if I had noticed oil in my driveway or anything. I told them I had not. The guy got under my truck and confirmed that I wasn't in fact leaking oil. They blamed it on me getting the cheaper oil causing it to creep into the crevices of the engine. There's no way THAT much oil seeped away like that. I believe they just didn't put the correct amount of oil back in it. I was advised to bring it back for a complete change, but I'm not sure if I will return back to this location.

The person who said "you'll wait forever for mediocre service" in their review pretty much hit the nail on the head. It feels impossible to even get someone to acknowledge that you're even there. Had to come two days in a row just to be ignored by staff. Don't waste your time here.

I have 1 nail in a tire...got to Walmart in Bremen at 8 am...was told many many many many times I was next...still waiting at 2 pm. I understand I didn't make appointment but a nail in tire isn't something you schedule for and again it is 1 tire!!! This is horrible service!!!

The customer service rep, a lady, refused to provide a name for reference and was rude, the manager, Holly was also rude and also cut me off multiple times. She transferred me without saying so and one question turned into 30 minutes of holding and repeating myself 3X. Absolutely disgraceful. The young man at the auto center was nice and considerate and this one-star review is not associated with him.

these guys don’t know what they’re doing. Save your time and money and put your trust in a real tire shop. Only reason I went is because it was a Sunday afternoon and they just made problems worse and lied about issues trying to upsell.
