Walmart Auto Care Center

The worst manger. I am 84 years old. Went to Walmart to buy 4 new tires. It was very cold outside. The female manager was rude. I would like someone to look at the entire episode. It was almost freezing, she called the police on me. Made me stand out in freezing cold when the tires were being changed. She is arrogant and rude. She should be fired. I am willing to meet anyone anywhere to discuss the incident.

I bought a noco nlp30 battery for $200 when I got home the box had used lawnmower pulleys inside. I immediately called the store. They told me to come back in the next day. When I got there to get the problem fixed the manager on duty did not want to come to the service desk. Then when he did he accused me of being a liar and trying to scam them. He then told me they would not help me because I had left the store with it. He told me it was not their problem I would need to contact the manufacturer and walked away. I used to spend a lot of money at Walmart. But now after this experience I will shop somewhere else. I will no longer be supporting a company that treats their customers like that.

Never a single person working the counter. Can never answer a phone call. Calling for 30 minutes keep getting hung up on deliberately or transferred to another dept. and transferred back to no answer or a pick up and put down the phone. Awful. Just wanted to know if there is an open time frame for an oil change. Jesus Christ

I had a positive experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Cambridge, Ohio. Even though I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment, the staff assured me it was no problem at all. They promptly changed, mounted, and balanced all four of my tires, and everything seems to be done very well. I was particularly impressed by the friendly demeanor of the woman who took my information; she was relatable and made the process feel seamless. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with the service and the quality of work provided.

I just stopped by Walmart in Cambridge Ohio to have my tires rotated on my 2023 Ford edge. The service tech said my tires were dry rotted and they were not able to rotate them. I asked to assume responsibility and they just do the job and they refused. Well, it says in their customer service agreement That “I understand: Walmart does not inspect tires or to determine if they are safe or have been recalled these tires are not examined for conditions that may affect safety, etc. etc. etc.” Well they did, and I drove 50 miles to have the work done. Tread wear showed they about 50% warn. About right for 36,500 miles. They just tried to sell me an unneeded set of tires. Further investigation showed the tires were not even slightly unsafe. 😡🤬. Wasted trip!
