Walmart Auto Care Center

I showed up at 7 am. I had no wait. The gentlemen working were lounging on the waiting room couches when I walked in. I drive a high roof Transit van. When I told the attendant I needed an oil change and tire rotation, he mumbled something about previously not being able to do a smaller van. I tried asking for more specific and deliberate answers but he was "thinking" the weight was a problem. I never got a direct answer out of him. He didn't look up any information on my van, nor did he verify the weight capacity for their scales. In the end, I thanked him and departed. It was all felt very unprofessional and I won't be back.

7am first person here and no one is here

App and web site says they open at 7 but sign says 8, but they do open at 7, sadly I could not get tires changed as the machine was broken and they said go to Madison, man was really nice and friendly at least.

James is a gem. The gentleman took care of us just before closing on a Sunday when we got a flat outside of Canton. We called and they waited for us. Hospitable, professional, and kind service. Outstanding crew. Thank you for making our night in this challenging year. May your good deeds be reciprocated!

Went to have tires mounted. They experienced an issue with balancing one. James was honest about it an did not charge me. This is something that can be easily hidden from a customer.
