I try to give the them the benefit of the doubt for having off days but this is rediculous. Consistent overfilling of engine oil. Refusing to do work on tires (rotate, balance and repair a flat) saying these tires are not safe because of “cracks” that are apparently invisible to me. The foreman or supervisor Thad is absolutely worthless in his role. Chewing out staff in front of customers and trying to BS on work. Take your whip elsewhere.

We called ahead to confirm with the Walmart Tire Center that they could fix our flat tire. We were told they had no customers and could fit us in right away, so we drove over immediately. When we arrived (just a few minutes later), we were informed that due to Walmart policy they could not repair the tire but would install the spare instead. We decided to leave the vehicle, expecting the work to be done promptly since there were no other customers at the time. Unfortunately, when we returned 2 ½ hours later, the vehicle had not even been touched. This was very disappointing and a waste of our time, especially after being told they could take care of it right away. Took a vehicle to them to get a flat fixed. After a 2 hour wait they said they could not find a leak and they set all tire pressures to 32. Got into the vehicle to go home and the tire I told them was leaking was at 17 psi, another was at 21 and two at 37. Lack of managment and quality assurance.

I specifically asked the auto employee if the pit crew oil change included checking tire pressure because my tire pressure light was on (even though I had just paid for tire repair a week earlier) and he said yes. By the time I got home, my tire pressure light was still on, and so I checked them, and they were all low, regardless of the fact that it said on the invoice that they had been checked, and were all stated to be at 33 psi. They straight up lied. If they lie about checking something they know i have already specifically asked for, what else are they not actually doing? I don't even know if I actually got the oil change, because the new sticker they put on the inside of my windshield was hand written with a marker. Seriously it's a joke.

The only thing that came with my oil change was the change of oil. The techs marked that they performed all these extra tasks that they didn't do. My tire pressures were all different and low and all of my other fluids were low or out. Would not recommend getting your car serviced at this location
