Waited 20 min tech just looked at me finally a tech came out and wrote me a work order waited other hour before car was served ask for o-20 quaker stAte they put Pennzoil did not do top end treatment until I questioned them. Watch tech hook up gauges for injection clean. When he left a nother tech turn gauges off through canaster in trash was still full so he could use gauges on vehicle he was working on talked to manager approx $80 service tu to ned in to a $50 dollar service.was there 2and half hours. Came back next day cause they said they aired my tires to 35 psi filled wiper resivore and set engine light none of this was none all tire had 29psi young tech do what they when they want. There is no supervisor in bay area to watch them. Both walmTt and customer are getting ripped

¡I couldn’t believe my good fortune (if you consider having a flat tire “good fortune”)! It had been a long day, 24AUG2024, for me because I was up doing roof work on my home before Sun rise/prepping for departure/to go East for family emergency. During my exhausting 180mile/290kms motor to CarlsbadNM, I did take a couple of diversions off Montana/US62-180 and few were off road—but I did go through some roadworks. Anyway, I had a very much needed overnight in the fabulous Carlsbad Inn and ready to continue East the next morning, Sunday. I was shocked to find the left front Cooper was FLAT! Fortunately, my former colleague/good friend Jerry had highly recommended a blue portable Kobalt compressor from Lowe’s, which I dug out of the back. It worked extremely well, as did my cellphone/Google

Called ahead and talked to them to see if they were open until 5. I needed to get a tire replaced and it was 4:30. I was told to come on they would fix me up. I got there at 4:40 to be greeted by 5 employees leaning on a tire rack to tell me they were closed. Went in and talked to the Manager Antonio, he said he couldnt allow his guys to work past 4:30 they cant get any overtime. Just wasted my time. He also said it was the store managers fault that they have to be cleaned up and lights off before 5 or he gets in trouble.

For some reason Walmart Auto Care in Carlsbad no longer believes that people have to work during the day. Online says they close at 5:00 but don’t kid yourself. I left work early and lost money as a result; I got there at 3:50 and nobody came out to ask if I needed help. After sitting there 10 minutes I was told that they no longer stay open until 5:00! I was then told I should take my car somewhere else!! Don’t go here for your auto care because you are simply at their mercy!! I wish I would’ve bought my tires elsewhere!!

Went to website and found tire but when went in they said they didnt have it. Tried to call again and they never answer the phone.
