Walmart Auto Care Center

I drove 30 minutes in the snow for my 8:00 am tire appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early as they requested. I wasnt sure i was in the correct spot, so at 7:50 am I called and was told they were canceling my appointment. So 5 minutes after I was supposed to be there, they canceled. Absolutely horrible service. I will never use walmart auto center again. Customer service wasnt much help either when I called to request a refund. Horrible experience all around.

Just wished wheel alignments were offer here. Makes no sense to tires and not wheel alignment.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received! They are rude, talked to me like I was out of line for asking about a refund they said I would be getting. Then yelled at me at the end. The woman walked away and said let me get some who can explain it in a way you understand.. No, you just weren’t answering the questions I was asking. In the end they answered none of my questions, I didn’t know about my refund & they told me to call Walmart.com… Not one person offered help to carry tires to my car, another customer ended up helping me.

I WILL NEVER do business w/them again! &I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I've been getting the run around all week to get a replacement for something I BOUGHT INSURANCE for. So y would I have to come outta pocket to USE THE INSURANCE!? "Online"help" says Return 2store. The store says "GoOnline" 🤔.. The n store Manager had nerves to say" well they not the best tires&not expected 2last 4ever"😳.. well sir I did expect them 2last longer than 32 DAYS! &your website sure doesn't say "the tires r crap &we gonna screw you on the insurance"... So because THEY MESSED UP the paperwork being lazy now it's MY PROBLEM?! 🤬 #LessonLearned

It was quick but they marked stuff off on the checklist that they obviously didn't do so it makes me wonder if they actually checked anything on the check list said they vacuumed the front floors that wasn't done said wipers were good, the passenger side is falling apart
