Walmart Auto Care Center

Bought four new tires. After I left, drove back home. Car felt like front wheel was out of balance - vibration in steering wheel at higher speeds. Took it to my local shop because I didn’t feel like driving all the way back to Lewiston. Tire tech at my shop said weights on all four wheels were in the wrong places. I kinda doubt Walmart even balanced the tires, or if they did, they did a very poor job.

They would not install the tires due to them being 5% over the size already mounted on the vehicle. I understand their liability of potential rubbing issues, but this was not made clear on the online purchase. When trying to cancel the mounting and balance, they said they couldn't do that at the store to provide a refund and receipt because I made the order online. They stated I had to resolve that through the website. Tires are nice, but that's irrelevant at this point.

I had a bolt go into my tire I went in they said about 40 or so minutes I arrived before appointments were due in but my car was ignored and I am still sitting here an hour and a half later my car was just brought back the front desk staff had to go do the job themselves. That's the ONLY reason they got 2 stars i had to call my job back and cancel my appointments that I thought I would be there for. Give or take 20 minutes

The tire center in Clarkston Washington was great to work with. These guys were fast and super helpful. I even did a follow up. Call to make sure we made it to our destination with no issues. Great job guys. All service centers should be ran like yours.

The service was quick and absolutely cheap. The staff was friendly and ready to explain/answer any queries. I will definitely recommend this place for oil change and/ tires.
