After having my tire damaged at a new iron bridge car wash, I was able to come to this location and get a new tire quickly! They made my bad experience better by quickly servicing me and communicating efficiently. The use of the text updates makes this process better than its been in the past. I was able to take a small break at a restaurant nearby and my car was ready before I was! DJ and Dennis showed great customer service, but also care, and for that I truly appreciate you! While I did not get the cashiers name, she was very helpful as well. I've used this location for years for tire replacements due to the ability to insure your new tires and the competitive prices. While I hope I will not need their services anytime soon, I would be happy to return.

Thanks so much for not calling your scheduled appointments when you have a call out in the auto center. Drove 40 minutes since this was the only one with an opening, scheduled a day ahead and get there to be told "oh yeah sorry someone called out so we're closing".... From the 2 guys that are standing there. 2nd time this has happened yet they still require appointments that aren't kept.

Scheduled an appointment. Waited around the bays and saw no one. Went in twice to get someone to find the guys who work there. The woman at the desk finally walks out with me to find the men “working” there only for this dude to yell over his shoulder “can’t do it”. This guy who KNEW we had been sitting outside waiting. Rude. Useless. Don’t bother with an appointment cause apparently time is a difficult thing to read over here.

This was my second time coming to this location for an oil change. My first visit was positive, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, this experience was very different and left both me and my fiancé feeling uncomfortable. I arrived around 2:00 PM and was checked in by a younger employee, with an older employee beside him. Both were friendly and professional at that time, just like my first visit. The older employee (likely Otis M.) had always been warm and conversational with me, and that was the case again when I first arrived alone. My fiancé had an appointment scheduled about an hour later and was already in line behind me. Could have been better. Picked up 4 tires. I'm a disabled veteran using 2 canes for stability and my daughter's 5'2" and 110 lbs. They brought the tires out from the back and suggested we use a grocery cart to take them out to our truck some 50 yards away and outside. Real obliging people.
