Walmart Auto Care Center

I brought a tire in to have it patched and I was told the leak was in an area of the tire that couldn't be patched. After a failed attempt to patch it myself, I returned to Walmart later that evening to get a new tire. The tech on duty informed me that the tire should have been patched, but since I had tried to patch there was nothing they do with it. I bought a new tire for $100. The next day when I went to put the tire back on the vehicle I noticed the center cap was gone. I looked at pictures I had taken while I was putting the spare tire on my car and the center cap was present. So in the end I had to $112 for a $20 job. Thanks Walmart...

Take walk ins till 7 at Walmart tire.....get there at 5:30.... one truck in the 5 bays, can't mount and balance 3 tires? Come back tomorrow...no appointment needed? Mount and balance takes about 30 minutes? What am I missing?

Run from this place!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and they filled my Dodge Dakota with 5 quarts of oil!!!!! Everyone knows on the 3.9 magnum you put 4 quarts in!!!!! Now I am suing, irrevocable damage has been done to a truck with a lot of sentimental value!

Tried to steal from me. Paid for a rotation with new tires. Took 2.5 hours told me it was ready. Then, went out to see they had yet to rotate the tires. Waited again for another 20-30 minutes to do the work I paid for and they claimed to have done. They gave me a rebate. Not enough to cover what I had already paid for the rotation. At least the tires were cheap.

Received good service here yesterday when I had to purchase a new tire unexpectedly! I was assisted promptly and the entire process only took about half an hour.
