When in for an oil change. Had to come back later once I started driving. I could hear something dragging while driving on 16. The under guard was hanging. While there another women over heard and let me know the same problem happened to her. She wasn’t as quick in noticing so her entire guard had to be replaced $400+. The mechanic said he remember my car from earlier and it’s just two screws that needed to be tighter. Fast forward a week later I hear the same sound and he ZIP TIED instead of replace screws. Which case unsafe driving for me at that time of night. Would NOT recommend Zero Stars

Nelly was easy to work with and clear and precise with her explanation. She is an asset to your company. Take care of her. I’ve dealt with many auto centers but she is top tier

I came in for a basic service and they damaged the plate on my car. To their credit, they admitted fault, but instead of fixing it themselves, they told me I had to go get a quote somewhere else, pay for the repair out of my own pocket, and then come back with paperwork so they might reimburse me. Absolutely ridiculous. I came in for help and left with a new problem and more stress. If you’re thinking of trusting this location with your car — don’t. Save yourself the hassle.

Had tires installed and although this is probably a straightforward job just going in to get any car service makes me anxious but I started using this shop a few years ago for oil changes and I have to say I've been pleased with their service. I feel comfortable and confident that when I go to them I'm not going to get ripped off. Their customer service is always top notch too.

Needed an oil change. Great prices and honest suggestions during service.The man was alone for a little bit. There was a younger woman / older teen who went to mcdonald’s- leaving the man alone? Once he got a hold of a tech to get my oil changed it was swift waiting. He was also helping 2 customers with tires. Little bit of a wait for service due to low staff but by all means my car was ready to get back on the road.
