Walmart Auto Care Center

NW Tires broke a stud, claimed to fix it, charged me full price for it even tho theyre the ones who broke it. 2 weeks later came to Walmart for new tires, only to find out that NW in fact didnt even fix the stud they charged me for. Walmart had it fixed on their dime, got me a great set of tires for an even better price. I'll be coming back to them for now on

Came in on a Tuesday morning and was pleasantly surprised to be helped right away! They got my car done with a tight deadline and I'm eternally grateful! A big shout out to Linda who was really nice and made sure to get it all done in time. Thank you!

My brother and I are on a roadtrip and were simply trying to inquire about a time estimate for an oil change and the receptionist was very rude on the phone and much to our surprise even more rude in person. When asked if she could let us know approximately how long of a wait it would be she very bluntly replied “No I can’t.” No apologies or explanation beyond that ◠̈ I have pretty low standards, especially for Walmart, but no employee at any job should be alright treating customers with such rudeness and disrespect.

Found myself back at good ol' Walmart Auto- on a Sunday no less. Darlene, the mgr, was the first one to the desk to help. She advised the flat wasn't repairable, but took the time to go through my account to find that I did in fact get the warranty. She gave me an honest estimate how long it would take to get repaired - and then helped me set an appointment when I didn't want to wait. When my appointment came, and somehow got cancelled, she was there to make sure my tire was still fixed as we discussed. I didn't catch the associate's name that fixed my tire, but after writing it up, he took it in, got it fixed quickly. Even the associate that rang me up was great when I told him I'm a Walmart+ member and he took care of the things that are included with membership so I wasn't overcharged.

They helped when I needed it even though they were closing. Really great customer service!
