Walmart Auto Care Center

Extremely unprofessional. I can't say how the service was, because I never received it. I initially scheduled an appointment on a Thursday at 5:30. Around 3 PM someone called me saying the shop is closing early. Fine. Things happen. I reschedule with them for Tuesday of next week, same time. I show up, lights are off and doors are locked. I try to call someone and they tell me the shop closed early. I didn't even receive a call this time. It was said in such a casual manner to make me think they regularly close early. Saving a few dollars isn't worth the hassle.

The worst auto care experience ive ever had! I ordered tires online and added the installation service to it. I decided to add an oil change for my car through them the same day. I get there for the oil change and they said they have to cancel because they didn't have my filter......OK why would they not say this when I made the appointment when they knew the type of car and everything.....I decided to let that go, so I come back for the tire installation, put the wheel lock key for the tires on the passenger seat, they call me up to the desk to tell me they can't install my tires due to not having the wheel lock key........WHAT?!?! I showed up as a walk-in and there were no other cars in the lot or the garage itself and they let my car sit for 45 minutes while the technicians screwed around in the garage. Then appointments started showing up and my car kept getting pushed back. If this was an emergency situation I would be in trouble. It’s not the fact that they held me back from the appointments, I get it appointments first. It’s the fact that when I arrived in the morning there were no cars being worked on and no work being done in the auto-center. When I asked about the car and told them how long I had been waiting they gave me an attitude and said “there’s nothing we can do about it.” So I asked for my keys back so I could go to another tire shop and they pulled my car into the garage so now I’m forced to wait

My car got a flat and I put the spare tire on, after checking all the tires I noticed the two rear wheels were showing metal and severely corded. I scheduled and paid for four new tires mounted and balanced. I received a text message confirming my appointment at 6pm. living over a half hour away I carefully drove my car to the service center. I arrived 20 minutes early for them to tell me my appointment was canceled. They said they called and sent me messages but they are lost, because I never received any. After speaking with the Mgr she said, we will fix this and we will get the tires done for you. Approx 30 min later the technician came out to my car. The worst. The manager is a clown. I was Told to make an appointment for service on my vehicle. When I arrived I was told I didn’t make the “correct appointment” and the work on my vehicle was not completed. Never again. Unprofessional and incompetent.
