Go somewhere worth your time and an effort of respect. Poor sense of urgency, no customer courtesy and for some reason they’re often closing 2 hours EARLIER then their advertised hours of operation. As soon as 5pm come seems like all the auto workers care about is getting home.

Very, bery bad experience. We arrived at 9:30 am. Left at 1:30 pm. It took 4 hours to get and oil change and 4 new tires. Where was the ato care manage??? Only saw him once in 4 hours. At the end when it was time to pay. I received no apology from the associate just an attitude telling me that ot was 2 jobs ony vehicle thats why it took 4 hours. I watched the workers. They were constantly on there cell phones.

Horrible place to do anything at. Tried 4 separate times to put tires on. Said there wasn’t enough techs one time, then apparently they couldn’t do it another but wouldn’t state why. Last time apparently the tire wouldn’t get it till a month later and then the other wouldn’t get here till February…..it’s may? Horrible attitudes with all of the ladies at the desk. Wouldn’t ever waste my time here again. I’ll just drive over an hour away to Tifton at this point. If it’s possible to give no stars I certainly would.

I have tried to get my oil changed and waited over 2 hours just for them to tell me they couldn't do it because my car was too dirty; I have seen worse pulling up into those bays before and actually received service, what does a dirty car have to do with an oil change? The service is in terrible condition, this store is a joke. "We provide garbage service" should be their new slogan. Prince Toyota in Tifton will be getting my business I have already set up an appointment.

Did a battery exchange. Took my old one. Got a new one. Went bad. Took it back for another one. Second one didn’t work. Asked for a refund and they didn’t refund my core. Two bad batteries and stole my core. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
