Walmart Auto Care Center

Tire had a flat, went in for a patch potentially a new tire when 1 of the guys finally approached me and asked what I needed. He then proceeded to deny me service as their "workload" would keep them, "well past close." To clarify I arrived 20 minutes before closing which sure was close but I saw 2 cars and about 5 boys standing around by 1 car laughing and talking when I arrived so how busy are they really. Not the first time I've been unable to recieve service here but definitely the last. Not sure what you have to do to get the 5 star service I'm seeing from other reviews but I'd sooner grit my teeth and carry my car on my back somewhere good before I ever consider here again.

Just went there because we had a nail in the side of the rear tire. Pritty much knew I was going to have to buy a tire. I was met at the service bay door by one of the employees who stated they were already closed. This was 6:05 pm. The service hours are supposed to be till 7 pm but he said they closed early for maintenance. I explained my situation but the service manager said they couldn't do it until tomorrow. They did offer to put my spare on. We'll big whoopie!!! I could have done that but was wiling to purchase a new tire instead. I went ahead and put the spare on myself so they wouldn't have to be overworked. I will go tomorrow and find a new tire but you can bet it won't be at Ennis Walmart Automotive. I do not recommend them at all.

Could not complete an oil change due to not stocking the correct oil filter..2018 car....

These guys are full of themselves, they are too big to work in such a fast paced environment. They prefer talking and laughing while standing idly to attended to customers. I arrived at the garage for oil change and they looked at me abandoned me there for an hour 10 minutes I spent inside my car waiting to be attended to which never happened and I left. I had to call the customer service immediately and reported this issue. This is a regular occurrence with these men who have felt they are indispensable hence they can behave anyhow maybe there activities are not being monitored by the company.

one star and it's a lot, I waited 1 hour 45 minutes and these people in the service area are useless apart from the fact that Walmart should have trained people willing to work, I got tired of waiting standing because the waiting area was dirty and full As if it were a bus terminal, people with their feet on the couches and asleep there (also tired of waiting), impossible to sit there. I took my truck out without it having been touched in almost two hours...no one tried to stop me or say that they would do it hahahah they were happy with one less car...what a shame about these businesses
