Walmart Auto Care Center

I never leave reviews. But I’m very disappointed with the service. Immediately after my oil change, I smelled burning oil. Finally checked under my hood to the cap off and oil everywhere. Also, a mask the technician used during the oil change attached to a part of my car. Only reason I’m leaving one star is because the people were friendly. For paying over $60- service should have been done right. 😕

Always a positive experience here for several years. About a year ago we thought that we needed a new tire but they pointed out that it was the censor and it was no charge. A few weeks back we had tires replaced and it was another great experience. There is typically a long wait for service, so plan accordingly, but be assured that you are getting diligent and honest service and they are thorough and that takes time at anyone’s job so be respectful.

I hear complaints against Walmart but this one does a good job. Patrick was very thorough with my oil changes and Harris was very thorough with my tire replacement. I appreciate them not cutting corners and having pride in their work.

One of the lady's that runs the Car care center. She's an amazing person. She deserves a raise or promotion. I had an issue with two new marine batteries. After talking to another associate, I was told they couldn't find the battery. Come to find out they had mislabeled the battery I was given. She went above and beyond. I seriously don't give reviews very often. But she was busy as could be, and still managed to help everyone else and get me worked out. Thanks Again. Nick

I often like to use the app and do an appointment so I can shop with my kids. This is super helpful since one of my kids is Autistic; although he likes to go shopping, he can get overwhelmed. Making the appointment allows us to be done in under an hour. I also use this entrance as my normal entrance to the store because I cant stand the traffic at stores, so if I can find an "easy" way to park and go in, i do. 9 out of 10 times there's an auto worker who will open the door for me. EXTREMELY grateful for that! My only complaint is that sometimes there isnt an employee easily accessible here and there's not an great way to get someone, so, you end up standing there for awhile.
