I had the BEST experience ordering tires at Walmart. Vanna made the process super quick and easy. I was able to order what I wanted with no upselling. They arrived 3 days later as she predicted. I drove in and waited less than an hour to have them installed. The text feature is great for orders and installation updates. The Panteras I ordered for $60 each are super smooth and quiet. The techs were super polite, friendly and helpful. I'll be back for my free rotations :)

Best managers in the world. Great to talk to and are understanding with employees and customers. They don't beat around the bush and talk to you straight up. ❤️ Also the employees in the shop even tho being short staffed most of the time do what they can for you and your vehicle.

I ordered tires from Walmart.com with installation at this store. I was notified that my appointment was canceled because 3 of 4 tires were delayed. When I called to learn more about the order I was unable to get a real person on the phone after 6-7 attempts. I then called customer service only to be told the tires were delivered. I then went to the store and was told they didn't have my tires and I needed to call customer service to track them down. A few minutes later they amazingly found one of my tires and informed me that the rest of the tires were delivered to Sam's club by mistake then sent back to FedEx. As the customer I was expected to coordinate between walmart and the fedex facility to try and redeliver my tires. I then had trouble trying to get a refund since the tires were al

I arrived at my appointment at 7am The staff really rude and disrespectful. Linda screamed at me and told me I can’t get in I have to stay in my car. The issue continued through the whole time of my appointment, one of the technicians also came screaming at me I have to move my car from the front of pay 3 to pay 4 but after that the same person moved it to pay 3. I recommend everyone to stay away from here. Walmart getting bad quality stuff and they don’t care about customers anymore. I will never come back here and I will take my business where else
