I just want to say thank you to Vance at the Walmart Automotive in Gun Barrel his customer service was above and beyond I had a light out by my headlight and it was a being difficult he had it changed out no time he was kind, professional and knowledgeable the best customer service he gave me the best customer service I ever had from Walmart Automotive Vance thank you for going above and beyond

Won't be back. Customer Svc sucked the last time I was there. I can't imagine wasting my life on them again. Came in for an oil change, waited and waited and waited to be served, for some other guy to come in and them to service him first. I pointed out I'd been there, and all they did was bumble, get him out of there and play games with my car. Why did I have to wait when I'd already waited for so long. Never again!!

106° outside and the guys were nice as ever checking me in & out so that is appreciated. The cashier inside was pleasant as well. Walmart could consider moving the wait here sign to a better spot though. It looks like I'm having a smoke when I'm waiting. That is what I would assume from their perspective.

I bought 4 new tires and set up an appointment. I was able to get serviced before others because of the appointment. They told me that both of my tire sensors were not working, so I decided to replace them. 45 mins in I got a call saying that whoever serviced my tires last double threaded one of the nuts on the front tire so they couldn't get it off to put one of the sensors on and tire and to go to that guy to get it off. So I had them put the other 3 tires on. Once it was done and I had to pay they said just come back and they would put the last tire and sensor but I was getting charged for the labor of 4 tires and I had to pay for the sensor that never got put on yet! I disputed it and they put the extra tire in my car to take but the sensor they would just "remember" when I come back 🙄

I've been coming here many years for oil changes and tires, but I miss having my car vacuumed out. I guess they don't do that anymore.
