I always trust the mechanics here. They aren't concerned with trying to overcharge people. I came in for a new tire and they showed me that my tire was in good shape and just needed a plug. They saved me money and I'm so grateful. Ask for Doug but all of the employees here are amazing and hardworking!

I’ve been using the Walmart Auto Care Center in Hillsboro regularly for oil changes and tire services, and they never disappoint. The staff are always polite, helpful, and professional. They explain everything clearly and provide great service every time. Highly recommend this location!

WARNING: Absolutely DO NOT get your oil changed here! They drained our transmission fluid during the oil change and didn't bother to tell us. Now we have to pay thousands to get our transmission replaced. The Subaru dealership and our regular mechanics said this error is SUPER COMMON. Google it!

This place is bad, just bad. I had been getting service there for years now and it's really gone downhill recently; I'll say roughly over the past year. I honestly think it's bad management because the entire operation reeks of disorganization and incompetence (from an operations perspective, not necessarily being bad at doing oil changes). Check-in is usually fairly smooth, I'll give them that. But never once have they been able to find the paperwork after service is complete. My favorite was when they asked if I was sure I had my car serviced there. Mind you, I had a bar code that linked to my car, text messages saying the service was complete, AND my car was sitting out front with the keys hanging in their service-area cabinet. Very nice associates. I stopped in with an issue with my tires that I had replaced in Ohio. They told me it would be awhile, which wasn't an issue, but they held to their word and stayed over to fix the issue. Very polite and the manager even came over to apologize for the wait. Recommend 100%.
