Walmart Auto Care Center

Spent 3 hours here to get a set of tires for several reasons. First there was a guy that had already been there 2 hours before the started on changing his battery. They spent 2 more hours going through 20 batteries and finally told the guy to go to another Walmart to get one knowing they were closed. Second the only person worth paying there was 65 doing the tires went on lunch and the most worthless bag of bones there guy named Jackie refused to hardly help with changing tires and avoided it at all cost doing worthless tasks that didn’t help one bit to getting me out of there less than 3 hours. I’d tell him to dont work too hard but we don’t have to worry about him doing that. Hope ya see this slackly Jacky.

Paxton and Brandon were my service techs. A++++am these guys are awesome. I blew a tire yesterday and stayed overnight in the Walmart parking lot. This am they got me 2 new tires rotated them all and got my spare tire back in place. Price and quality were amazing! They even got a tip and I normally don't tip on auto services, today was well worth it. Strongly suggest Walmart auto center for tires due to great service techs and pricing and promptness. They even offered Galvatron some cold water. How Cool!

Let me start by saying this: these are the most courteous and friendly Walmart employees I’ve ever encountered, from the automotive department to groceries. I agreed to the approximately 3-hour wait for a tire rotation and balance, understanding they were busy—so plan to arrive early if you need similar services. Despite the wait, I didn’t mind spending time at the store, enjoying a snack at Subway, and chatting with the employees. Their positive attitudes were truly refreshing. Is it excellent management fostering such a high morale, or is it the community spirit of the area? I’d say it’s likely a combination of both. What I do know is this: if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll make it a point to stop by and say hello again.

My first time coming here 3 wks ago to have a tire repair, they claimed they couldn't replace it so I bought a $150 tire out of desperation. Figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and went back for a plug. MADE ME WAIT 2 HOURS TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T REPAIR A PLUG BECAUSE OF POLICY. I DIDN'T GET MAD I JUST WON'T BE BACK PERIOD! I FOUND A PLACE CHEAPER AND FRIENDLY.

Had my truck towed to Walmart Hixson TN Auto center. I had a blowout and was purchasing 4 new tires. The tire technician seen u s pull up in the wrecker, clocked out and went on home. I was told to come back the next day. Upon arrival the tire technician was there and refused to change my tires on the basis I had a push button start installed in my truck, having arthritis and stage 4 cancer this button made my life easier. I seen the automotive manager and I spoke with him. He said there shouldn't be a problem. The tire technician again refused, rudely. Hope they discipline him in some kind of way.
