Bought a set of tires for my beater commuter car here a couple months ago. Recently found a nail in one and brought it in for repair. The “tire expert” on duty said they couldn’t repair it because it was too close to the sidewall. I brought it to Les Schwab and they repaired it for free and with no excuses, even though it wasn’t their tire. I highly recommend Les Schwab on Clearwater.

DO NOT GO HERE. I purchased two tires online, made an appointment and all. We get there, the appointment is canceled and its the wrong size tires. Go to start a refund to get my money back for tires I didnt even see or receive and said to wait 10 days. Contacted customer service online cause I was getting notifications to return the same tires I never even laid eyes on. The person I was chatting with said she would cancel the order and I would be refunded. Contact support today cause im still getting notices saying I need to return the tires. This time im told they can not refund me because I need to return tires I NEVER EVEN SAW. Being a Walmart plus member isn't worth this when im being ripped off 139 for two tires I didnt even see to tell you what color they were!!! Plus the guys there

Worst experience I have ever had. Said oil change would only take 30 minutes. 1 hour passed and they still hadn’t even started (There was no line). I went down the road to jiffy lube and got it done in under 15 minutes

Worse experience you can ever receive. Manager is an arrogant dude. The wait time is always over 2-3 hours when they only have like 3 cars outside. Was getting a flat repair on a tire I got with them. After only having for 3 weeks it kept going flat. Don't buy tires here!!!

Terrible service, staff doesn't know how to install tires, torque lug nuts. Purchased tires for delivery to store, crew failed to receive tires correctly lead to 2 weeks in delays, then when I finally went to get them installed I was told based on some new policy no one could show me they couldn't install my tires. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no very confusing and poor customer service. They put my rims back on with out torqueing to spec the lug nuts so I had to do it myself for safety. Don't trust your family's safety to these people.
