Walmart Auto Care Center

Very bad experience. I went to change tires for my car and they damaged a rim with a scratch. When they finished, I showed them the damage and they told me that it wasn't there, where you can see it was recent because it had grease and no dust. The manager's response was that it wasn't there, that I had crashed into the sidewalk, something stupid. Look the next picture…

Took them 45 minute pass appointment get my car in for the oil change and now it over an hour but the app said est time was an hour so why am I here passed an hour. Y'all are usually good but the workers are to busy lollygaging around

Dropped vehicle off at 830 am for a basic oil change for an appointment scheduled at 10 am. Came back at noon to pick it up and it hadn't even been touched yet. After 1 and still isn't done. Horrible service.

Katy...Tire and Lube express Manager went above and beyond. Not only with her knowledge and friendliness but helpfulness with a tire issue not to mention the fellas in the service area as well !

Unreliable staff in automotive. I had good experiences in the past with this place but recently after ordering tires and scheduling an appointment they canceled the appointment. After rescheduling for the next day they had no one to install the tires. Unfortunately I recommend going somewhere else for automotive service.
