Appointment didn’t matter—3+ hour wait with no updates I made an appointment for tire replacement at the Walmart Tire Center in Lancaster, OH and arrived 20 minutes early. I was told it would take about 1 hour, but it took over 3 hours. During the 2+ hours I sat in the waiting area, no one provided an update or set expectations. When I finally asked, I was told “10–15 minutes,” then “almost done,” yet it was another ~40 minutes. When I expressed concern, I was told they were “behind because customers were late,” which suggests late arrivals are worked in ahead of on-time appointments. There was no proactive communication, meaningful apology, or offer to make it right. Bottom line: Even with an appointment and arriving early, expect a multi-hour wait and minimal communication. Ordered tires came in for appointment and tires had not shown up. Rescheduled came in for appointment second time and only had one tire. Scheduled a third time and was told due to comming in twice and being turned away I would recieve a discount. Went in third time and they broke my valve stem then tried to tell me it was leaking when I came in. I hadn't put air in that tire in probably three years and it was not flat so it was not leaking when I came in. Then charged me to put a new sensor in. I ask about the discount I was promised for all the wasted time with cancelled appointments and I was told I couldn't get a discount and the entire staff was rude with me and unprofessional. Terrible service and wasted several hours of my time and gas. Never agian.

I bought new tires during a holiday deal. I added the installation. They told me that it would only take one hour to install, so I stayed onsite. It took them over three hours to install, and they would have made me late for work, if I hadn’t acted quickly. I had to get a ride to work. Then to make matters worse, they lost my lug nut. I had specialty lug nuts. They lost it and pretended that I came in without it. That wasn’t true. I had all of my lug nuts when I came in, and I have photos to prove it. They didn’t even have the human decency to replace it. I called to see if they could find it, and they left me on hold. I waited for 15 minutes before I hung up. I ended up buying new lug nuts. I got an old lug nut to hold me over until my new ones arrived. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Answer the phones, for Pete's sake.... we have been calling for 26 minutes now and they will not answer the phone. We dropped a tire off to be replaced an mounted 4 hours ago. Terrible customer service. Won't be back.

Have been going here for oil change and tires , no issues so far .
