Walmart Auto Care Center

Edits: A couple days later I did hear from the store manager telling me to come in. Auto care manager took my information for a claim and with in a week or two Walmart corporate contacted me about replacing the damaged rim. I brought in a loose single for a new tire and the person who changed my tire damaged the rim with the tire changing machine, yes those edges are sharp I cut myself quite badly picking it up in the store. I called the manager to leave a complaint and was told the auto center manager was out and that I would be called back by a team leader in 10-15 minutes. Well, it's the next day and still nothing. I am incredibly displeased to put it mildly.

Made an appointment for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Drove 30 minutes and arrived for my appointment on time . Waited 2 hours in the store and they never even brought my car inside. told the clerk I was sick and couldn't wait no longer . not even a hint of apology. not my first bad service experience at this store.

The staff at this Walmart auto center were great and did a great job installing my new tires on my rims. The store was much cleaner than the Worcester Walmart, it was worth the extra 25mins.

Thank you to the Walmart Auto Center of Leicester, Ma. One of the tires on my work van “blew out” after I hit a huge pothole,while driving. One of the auto mechanics at this Walmart was able to replace my tire at the last minute, which I greatly appreciated, especially due to me relying on my van so much, in order to take care of my jobs the next day. My van is my money maker, and I can’t stress how much I needed a tire so fast. Finally, the mechanic that did my tire replacement was able to offer me an excellent tire, that was $105!!! Thank you guys for helping me out, and if anyone that reads this review is in need of tires, it would be worth your time to schedule an appointment with Leicester Walmart Auto Care Center !

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst service experience I've ever had. The desk is run by nothing but rude, incompetent morons who I, after dealing with them, wouldn't trust to put air in my tires, never mind get actual work done on my car. I was bought new tires as well as the instillation for my birthday only to show up to the appointment for them to try and deny the service that I PAID FOR because something happened and it didn't book right in THEIR SYSTEM!!! Save yourself the time and stress and bring your vehicle somewhere else, it's not worth the hassle.
