Walmart Auto Care Center

Bought new battery and wiper blades. Service by Derrell was what you hope to receive. Polite, experienced, kept me updated, just made me know i was being taken care of. I appreciate his professionalism. Other worker at ck out literally left without a word to anyone (on break, lunch didnt say) while I had been standing waiting for some time. Derrell came to the rescue and politely told others waiting it would be just a min and he would help them also.

The last two days I've been here to get my oil changed and still have not gotten it changed. Nobody at the back. Door is locked. Hours say open from 7 to 7. Not correct. They open when they get ready or have two techs back there. Called front to be transferred. No one answers the phone. So frustrated. I was going out of town, so I just went somewhere else. Something really need to be done to improve this department.

They do a fairly good job most of the time. I did have a problem buy a battery for a friend's car. The brand new battery would not start the vehicle. I guess they got some bad ones. Better than some places and they took care of problems right away.

I call before I went to see if they had the same brand of tire I already had.,to match. I waited on them to get started. There were 5 guys standing around one car..I asked them when were they going to start on my car..they finally started working on my card put the two tires on the on the back and rotate them to the front. After they got them on I went in to pay for my tires and then she quoted me a different price than what she did on the phone come to find out they were two different tires than what I asked for so now they having to take the two tires off and put two more tires on did I ask for. Now it has been two and a half hours to put on two tires so if you want to go to Walmart to put tires on make sure that you look and listen real close because you don't know if you going to g
