Can never get through on the phone to them. 30 mins wasted on hold trying to get them to pick up . Do better!

If there could be negative stars rated, I would. Needed to buy a tire and have it mounted, so I called to verify availability and hours of business. After being given their hours on the phone and IN PERSON after purchase, I paid for the service and went to do about a half hour of shopping while my tire was mounted. So, when I returned to grab my rim and tire, no one was there with the lights out and doors locked, 2 hours earlier than I was told they were open!! After an hour and a half, was able to find a manager to unlock the shop to get my things. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Mayfield automotive center is very hard to contact via phone calls. They should have a website for scheduling services as they are so hard to reach by phone. Otherwise, they did good service for my needs. I would have given 4 stars but lack of phone service and the process to get someone on the phone was irritating being hung up on and transferred all around first. Took me 2 days to get thru! 👎

Went there to have a tire patched. Can't do it, too close to the sidewall. It was in the crown of the tire. I would have patched it myself if we weren't out of town and away from the tools. Tell me you don't wanna work without telling me you don't wanna work. Ugh.

Give Zach a raise! I gave him a very jank wheel with a new tire, and he had my new tire installed, and the wheel balanced perfectly to 0, in less than 15 minutes! I will absolutely be back to install my other three tires soon.
