Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. We scheduled an appointment online for a tire change and rotation, and when dropping off the vehicle we clearly stated that the two left-side tires needed to be replaced and the new ones mounted on the front. When we went back to pick up the car, not only had they installed the new tires on the back, but they also swapped out the wrong ones entirely. We brought it up, and instead of apologizing or making it right, they told us they could put the good tire back on but only if we paid an additional fee to rotate them. The attitude was dismissive, customer service was awful, and they never once apologized. At the end, we were abruptly asked if we had the keys and basically told to leave. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!! It’s a wonder how the auto center of this Walmart is even still open! My husband ordered 4 new tires. This Walmart only ordered 3. We had to make EIGHT TRIPS back and forth to this Walmart before they even had the tires. They used worn tools in attempt to get hubcaps off and ended up ruining the bolts on multiple wheels. Then, they only offered a free balance - that is already included in the price of purchasing brand new tires. What a joke and disgusting way of conducting business! Corporate will be contacted.

Dropped my Jeep off to get the oil changed while I did grocery shopping and everything else you can do at Walmart for 2 hours. I went back there after I was finished with my shopping, I looked outside and saw them pulling my Jeep out of the shop and parking it where they park the finished vehicles I assume. The keys come in and are dropped off at the counter the guy goes to cash me out and then goes “ what type of oil did you want in your Jeep?” I then asked has the oil not been changed ? To which he responded not yet they weren’t sure the oil you wanted. Now when I checked in I said the synthetic oil was fine. I assumed they just had a synthetic oil they used. I then say I’ll just take my Jeep elsewhere tomorrow. Annoyed but it’s whatever, I then get in my Jeep and they had reset my Jeeps

Waited over an hour. JENNY decided after 5 years of servicing my car they can't change my oil! I hope this horrible employee gets fired. Rude and terrible person. Don't bother with this location

I guess that the auto center at this location is new. I am very glad that it is there because it it's hard to find places out here in the Sticks. Everyone there was very friendly and did their work quickly and I was very happy with with my experience. I actually had to go back twice not because of anything they did but because of the nature of what I actually needed. Both times were great! Will go back there again, for sure!
