3 hour wait on a oil change. I was not informed of staff shortage and of them having to jump my vehicle several times until I was ready to pay even after talking to them during the service. Communication was awful. The 2 automotive employees I dealt with were polite and apologetic as I paid but I will not be returning for any more vehicle services

Walmart auto center damaged my car while replacing my tires and denied responsibility. Showed me a couple grainy pictures from outside the service center but not a single picture while it was inside the shop bay. Damaged my metal window trim and took chunks of paint out of the body right above that. I don't drive the car bc it's going to my son so all it's been doing is sitting in the driveway, only time it's been anywhere was there. Pretty sure they caught the trim on something while pulling it in to the bay, went up there asking what happened hoping to get an honest answer, now I'm talking to a police officer about a police report and filing damages against them.

First had an appointment at 3:30 for simple oil change was told it would not take long because apparently there was supposed to be only one car ahead of mine, but now it's going on 5:30 and my car still isn't done. Watched couple people who didn't have appointments come in for oil change and got done before my car. When workers don't show up for work the customers should not be the ones placed on hold. They need to give discounts to people that has had to wait past 2 hours for a simple oil change.

The workers on the tires stand around and talk allot. Listen to rap music with cuss words with little kids around, even them cussing up a storm. The whole city is complaining about the service they receive. Takes way too long and they mess with people's time.

Came here with a tire that was losing air. Found a screw too close to the sidewall so had it replaced. I was shocked to discover that my tire had been replaced with a cheap, no name tire which doesn’t match the brand/type on the rest of the truck. Also weights were used on the exterior of an aluminum rim, scarring it and leaving it out of balance at highway speeds. Who doesn’t even ask if you want matching tires? Who doesn’t know to use weights mounted to the inside of aluminum wheels? Avoid this place.
