Dropped my car off to get new tires put on. When I went to pick it up they said a piece of trim on the hood of my car “broke off” so they threw it in the back seat. Why they needed to open the hood in the first place is beyond me. Then man handle it to the point my chrome trim and all of the clips break off? Didn’t offer me any money off or an apology for acting like the hulk on my car. I will never return here for anything vehicle related.

Thought I would give the auto center a try. Very bad decision. We ordered four tires online and set an appointment. My wife went and dropped off the car at the appointment time. An hour later they called me and said that one of the lugnuts were stripped, and they could not do the job. I informed them that only my mechanic has taken that wheel off and it was not stripped. It turned into an argument. I took the tires and left. Absolute worst management and employees in a shop I’ve ever experienced. No wonder why Walmart has the reputation it has when it comes to quality and service. Don’t waste your time trying to have your vehicle serviced here.

If you had a car/sedan - do NOT take your car here. I waited 45 minutes just for them to tell me their jack can’t get low enough to fit under the car (which has 5.4 inches of clearance and sedans average 4-6”). Unless you have an SUV or larger, they cannot service your vehicle. During the time I was waiting there were 2 others who came in for their appointment only to be told their tires didn’t come in yet and they needed to reschedule.

Walked in for a tire quote last week and their Lead tech /Service writer told me about a big sale that starts the next day. The quote was almost $300 cheaper for Goodyears with an 80k rating while Mavis & Jack Williams were offering store brand tires. Only waited a little over an hour. Also found out they do oil changes so I'll be returning for that as well. Best thing is the shop is clean and you can actually see which brand oil is being poured into your engine. So far, nothing bad to say at all. By the way, I've worked at several tire shops myself years ago. I did purchase the warranty/rotation package just hope that goes well also.

We went to the store to pick up a set of tires they showed in stock online. We waited about 20 minutes for the employee to come back and tell us they didn't have the tires and the stock their inventory must be off. Understand kind of a pain in the butt, but it happens. Employee then informed us they had the more expensive set of tires in stock that he could sell us. The employee was very helpful and tried to help us out, but when I asked if he could price match that set of tires, The manager behind him immediately started laughing and said no that could never happen. A simple no would have been fine. So all in all, Not a great experience between the inventory issues the trying to oversell and the rude manager, We left went across the street to Mavis and bought our tires there.
