Anthony and Titan did a great job on an early Sunday morning! They were both very helpful, smiling, and giving extra effort.

Spent 3hrs on Saturday afternoon waiting for tire to be plugged only to return on Sunday morning to fix tire for the 2nd time. Also another 3hr wait due to inadequate experience or quality of work performed. Employee also lost my sensor cap for tire valve stem...

Had a flat tire on a Saturday morning while visiting from out-of-town recently. My options were the one open local tire shop (Triple T) or Wal-Mart. Went to the local shop where the three employees standing around drinking coffee told me they couldn't fit me in for a 20-minute plug/patch and to check back Monday. I grudgingly went to Wal-Mart where they plugged/patched the tire in less than an hour for $20 and I was on my way. Patch has held air properly for hundreds of miles since then...no issues. The business that wants my business will get my business, and Wal-Mart in Paris came through.

UPDATE: I previously did a 5 star review on the auto care center in Paris. I will not go here any longer, the wait time is ridiculous! I was here last week and after 2 hours wait they had pulled my car in and it just sat for the next 50 minutes in a bay with the hood up, no one around and the only car in there was mine. I finally asked after 3 hours when it would be finished and was told that they hadn't even started on it. I'm taking my care to the Martin Walmart or will find a private garage from here on out! These guys are the best! Always take good care of our vehicles 😃 Remember to always be kind, all of the Walmart employees are there working hard to supply the communities needs.

PLEASE do NOT go here. Came to get my flat tire fixed, specifically told them if it was out of their reach or too dangerous to repair the tire to not repair it at all and that I would rather buy a new tire. Instead, they repaired it incorrectly and did not shave the excess plug off of the tire, he assured me that it was completely normal. Unfortunately, he was incorrect and evidently does not know how to fix flat tires. The plug ripped out of my tire WHILE I WAS DRIVING, and with the plug came the inside wall of the tire making it irreparable. The tire was originally able to be repaired and instead of getting it repaired correctly I now have to buy a new tire.
