This place doesn’t balance the tires during installation. Wait time is ridiculous. Workers don’t communicate with each other. Techs will argue and scream at you. They will misplace things on your car and don’t offer to replace them, they just hope you won’t notice. I don’t recommend this place for tires, oil changes, headlight restoration, insight, help, balancing, rotating, nothing. Terrible attitudes & act like it’s a bother for them to do their job and assist you. If a tire blows & it’s under warranty the customer should get replacement, not a patch considering the amount of money paid for a new tire.

Waited 3 hrs for them to rotate my tires. Not even what I bought it in for. I needed them balanced. They didn't have the "sticky things" as they called them. When I had tires installed they "misplaced" my custom valve caps.

If you want to wait 2 hours for oil change this is the place to come too , from check in to actually doing it was one hour 45 min ,. I asked before & was told it be an hour ,which I agreed to , but not 2 hours . Super slow service

My wife had blown a tire and had Walmart put on the donut tire for her they were up salient her to buy a tire with them and when she refused they over tighted her lug nuts and stripped them. I will never use Walmart automotive anymore. If you need tires in the Paris area go to Castillo’s tire shop on south church St.

It's Walmart, you know what you're going to get. My car is driven very little so I don't want to pay $800 for new tires. I ordered inexpensive tires on their website and had them installed when they arrived. It took the techs maybe 45 minutes to install the 4 tires. The website said to expect $17-$27 per tire for mounting and balancing but I was only charged $12. I like being able to shop and schedule things online and Walmart was the only local tire dealer that gave me that option.
