I showed up late to my appointment, but Brittany was able to get me in and I am beyond grateful. Between that and Walmart plus for free tire repair, that’s a no-brainer to get service here.

made appointment for new tires, they had me in and out in less than 45 min. handled a warranty return on a 3 year battery after it failed to hold a charge with a free replacement after it was tested as bad. I expected it to be a chaotic visit but it was not. Good service and great tires!

Tech was rude about the check in process. I pulled up to a garage door and waited for a little bit, no one came out so I went inside. Everyone was busy so I decided to wait in my car. In the time I was waiting two more vehicles pulled in and apparently got help when they went inside. Tech told me I would be after the other two cars. I (regretfully) made an appointment for later. Upon arrival the same tech made a comment about being 3 minutes late as he went into a room. Another employee checked me in. There were no other cars. He was also rude at check out. I thought I would give the place another chance because the last time we tried the same person refused to do work on a tire repair we needed, thankfully the already busy supervisor did help us out. Scheduled an appointment over the phone. When I arrived they had no record of the appointment. I was told when I got there it would take 1Hr15min to get it done. After 1Hr I checked on them and they said it would be an additional 1Hr45min. The entire time I waited, the service lady kept asking me which car was mine, and what I was having done to it. She kept getting orders confused. Over three hours to get four tires replaced that I brought them. Would not recommend.

We (myself, my wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs) are travelling from Deer River back to Bozeman, MT and we called ahead, they were able to find the tires we needed for a boat trailer, and they got the tires ready while we traveled to Park Rapids. When we arrived, the gentleman writing up the service order was quick, informative and very friendly. We grabbed a bite of food from the deli and the service tech brought us a table to use to eat while we wait for the tires to be installed on the trailer. They understand we have quite a journey and are doing their very best to get us in and out back on the road quickly!
