Walmart Auto Care Center

Tire center has issues with techs showing up to work on time. Had a 7am oil change this morning, and 1 tech there. That tech explained he couldn't open the tire center until 1 more tech showed up. Had to cancel as that tech was apparently 1hr away. So they made an appointment they couldn't fulfill. Wasted my time. That's part of this store poor management

The lady who runs the desk/cashier is so kind and patient. She made it easy to pick new tires. Efficient. The service area is very organized and clean. I know they are super busy because of HWY 19 and being as anything north or south is over an hour away. But even the tire Guy was super kind. 👌 Did I say clean? Where they service the vehicles is completely immaculate. Thank you for making it easy on me today. Raises for everyone please?!? Top knotch service!!😉😎🤙

Not staffed to do their job, and told to come back to get an oil change. When asked when they said idk when someone shows up.. Advertised open at 7, claimed to only have one staff at 8a, and very unprofessional with their service. Repeatedly visited to obtain an oil change and this is the 3rd time that they were open but not staffed for services in the last few months.

I had a flat tire and needed another one and although they don't sell used tires, the price they gave me for a new one was $69, beating every single other place I had called. They were all over $100, no less than $150. I ended up getting a used tire only because I'll have to get 2 new ones and couldn't yet quite afford that, you can bet I'll be going here to get them though.

Lucky to get one review but is anyone really surprised? It's Walmart after all. Bought a battery and wouldn't exchange even under warranty because it tested good but in vehicle it does nothing. Thanks for the robbery!
