Walmart Auto Care Center

If possible, never go to this Auto Care Center. I went there to get four new tires six months ago. One of the tires keeps losing air. I've been trying to contact the staff for months, but it's impossible to reach them by phone because no one answers. I've been there in person four or five times. Either the person who can make decisions is never in the shop, or they always make excuses for not solving the problem. Not good customer service.

So I have taken every car that I have ever had to Walmart for many years, until now. In February I took my car in for my front driver tire after it had a nail in it. The older gentleman in charge told me that they couldn't patch it because of the placement which didn't make sense because I've patched in similar areas. I figure out the nail in the tire the day prior and put air so no lights were on when I brought the car in. So because he said it couldn't be patched, I had to purchase a new tire. This was again not making sense to me and i noted that i had purchased all 4 tires from Walmart just a little over a year ago. When I left the light came on and wouldn't go off and this indicated an issue with the front left tire that they had just allegedly fixed. I took it back immediately and

If it’s any service dealing with under the hood, don’t. Took my car for an oil change, 5 days later needed a new engine. Would’ve thought I knew better because same thing happened to my ex. He went in for an oil change, 2 days later his engine stalled.

Refused service for a tire on my passenger side. First the guy with glasses said it’s my power steering he didn’t know if he could get it on the ramp . His coworker said he could. Then he asked if I been in an accident and clearly my drivers side was dented from a deer accident. He said it was a liability. I’ve had my tires serviced before. I told him my tire was a spare but I only meant the rubber part so then he said my rim was smaller than the other ones but it’s only the rubber that’s smaller. And the tire is dry rotted . So he said he couldn’t because it was too hard too move and the tire is too move because it’s dry rotted and ready to shred into pieces. After his coworker agreed to fix the tire, he then went and called his HEAD supervisor and he stated after that supervisor said no
