Walmart Auto Care Center

Had tires put on 2 vehicles of my fiancé's in past couple months- first time it took over 3 hours and 2nd time it took nearly 4 hours. Seems like they like to piddle around more than work. Only got tires at Wal-Mart due to the good prices and warranty but if have to have one replaced while still under the warranty will probably see if another Wal-Mart will honor it. Only giving 2 stars because while the 'technicians' leave a lot to be desired the salesperson (named 'Raven') was professional and friendly and did everything she could to help us leave as satisfied as possible despite the ridiculous waiting time.

Jason and Wayne are absolutely amazing with customer service. My drivers side wiper blade broke while driving in freezing rain and luckily the rain stopped just in time for me to get to Walmart to get it replaced. I am so glad that Walmart has some very sweet and caring employees whenever we go into our store. Thankyou Walmart in Princeton Indiana for taking care of my family.

Employees seem to be walking to talk more than I do work also taking too long to put tires on

Work on 1st come 1st served so sometimes its a wait but go ahead in and get youre time frame to be back seemed like good group of guys were pretty busy the whole time

Absolutely AWESOME! Jason and Manuel are the dream team. My tire's tread was coming off and I was basically 2 hours from home. I did a call in and Jason made sure they had the size that I needed. When I got there everyone was so kind! I cannot express how thankful I am for those two gentlemen.
