I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire service, and at no point was I informed that they were doing a 3,000-mile oil change. I assumed it was at least 5,000 miles, which is standard these days—especially since most modern cars use synthetic oil and no one really does 3,000-mile intervals anymore. They charged me almost $80, which I paid without arguing, but the issue isn’t the money—it’s the lack of transparency. This should have been clearly explained before the service. I come to the Walmart to change my car tires after five day and get damaged. They put a different car tire in my car. I put new tire. And this lady was very rude.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Walmart auto care center. I scheduled an appointment to have four new tires installed and arrived on time. After checking in, I was told the job would take approximately 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I was informed they “couldn’t get a lug nut off” my passenger-side front wheel. I was further told they had “crappy tools,” would need to use a breaker bar, and that if it broke, I’d be stuck with three new tires and one old one until I went somewhere else to get the lug nut removed. I chose to take my vehicle to Princeton Tire instead—and before I left, one of the technicians came out with an attitude, questioning whether I was “really coming back.” When I said yes, he muttered something under his breath and stormed off like a child throwing a t

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment to patch up my tire and showed up on time, but it took over two hours before they even looked at my car. When they finally called me, they refused to patch my tire and instead pressured me to buy a new one. I told them I don’t make hasty decisions and needed a moment to think it over. Their response? A rude attitude and a comment saying, “We have other customers—you have three minutes to decide.” I left and went to Best Price Tires, where I received excellent customer service. They had me in and out in under seven minutes. Highly recommend them instead if you live in Princeton.

Don't come here. Took 4 hours to get my tires replaced. No sense of urgency from employees-not even an apology or a "We're getting to your car as soon as we can". The customer service is lacking BIG TIME. Lots of standing around talking and not working on my car. If you HAVE to get your car worked on here, arrange other transportation or a way to get home bc it was rough.
