Got my tires changed two times in this location and so happy with the service. Last time I came here to change my tires, I had a problem after the installation. They immediately take a look at my car to solve the problem. They were respectful and nice. They asked questions to understand the problem. Cannot recommend more. Especially other location close here (new hope location) cursed me and humiliated me in front of everyone, this place was a like a gift.

Supervisor Melia help me with getting my oil change today. Started out with my service being canceled due to an after market drainage plug. After waiting a hour to be told my service is canceled. After talking with Melia, she got the ball rolling to get my oil change ASAP! THANKS TO MELIA❤️❤️

Learning from mistakes now Arrived 10:30 just for oil change done by 4:15 almost 6 hours just for oil change when you marked the q for oil change. There should be a reason behind that right. Not complaining bout tech but it’s low quality service by Walmart. First time ever worst experience in auto care.

I hope the right person sees this I was in a pinch and needed a battery replacement With other options near such as AutoZone advance auto part oreilys etc. I made the decision to take the cheaper way out. I felt a bit uneasy about this due to my luck. Upon arrival, I walked in the back door and immediately was greeted by an older lady. She was attentive informative and helpful. She told me there would be a wait since I had no appointment, I had time so it was fine with me. While I waited for my services to be done, I notice a couple things. How they were busy with customers who made appointments and walk ins. I saw some very inpatient rude customers, at one point some man off his rocker was walking about t shirtless making a scene at the auto dept and security had to come TWICE all the whi
