Worst customer service every time I go in there it doesn’t seem like they ever wanna do work. I’ll set up an appointment. Tell them what I need, and drive into town which is 45 minutes for me to my appointment. All for them to tell me no we’re not gonna work on it. I brought in by 2020 King Ranch cash in hand to pay for the appointment. The old guy work in there said he didn’t feel comfortable working on it because it has.” Oversize tires” (They come factory with these tires.) My opinion, if you don’t wanna work When you’re clocked in then you don’t deserve to have the job.

Got tires and oil. Dean was great, guys were fast and efficient! To the whiners on here, this isn't Jiffy Lube where you can get out in 10 minutes. You can't go ANYWHERE else and get a oil change with parts and labor for 34 bucks. Also order your tires online thru the walmart app, wait a couple of days for them to be shipped and make your appointment. Prices truly cannot be beat. To those crying about "they don't pick up the phone", it's because they are working! :)

Took 1 and one half hours for a 30 minute oil change. Two of them spent their tine changing tires and batteries for other customers. It took two of them to change a battery! A pair of binoculars and a water bottle prohibited them from vacuuming the floor. Their hand held computers did not seem to work. Billed the wrong customer for our our bill. Worst part, I had an appointment!

Many employees yet no customer service and very slow service everyone just hanging out with 0 consideration of customers time.

I had an amazing experience with the team here. They had the tires I wanted in stock and were able to put them on while I did the rest of my shopping - despite having a couple of their guys call in sick. And I got a good deal on the tires too.
