I waited 3 fing hours just to find out I needed air and don't have a hole even though it was leaking

I have a jeep wrangler with the 3.6 pentastar engine. This engine has very specific procedures to check the oil, and tighten the oil filter cap. Messing up on either one can be catastrophic for the engine. The two guys doing the oil change followed the procedures exactly how I explained them (even if one kinda had a bad attitude about it) . I won't give him points off for that because I know what it's like to have a customer tell you how to do your job, it sucks. If you overtightened the cap it crack the oil cooler, and that's a 1200$+ repair. If you don't wait 5 mins to check the oil after you shut the engine off, the oil level reports as low by a quart. If this isn't know, the oil gets overfilled by a quart. The service crew were quick and wasted to time getting the oil change done. I wo

My husband and I were traveling 4 hours to Virginia Beach when our tire blew out halfway through the drive. We went to this auto center and found that the hours listed online were inaccurate and they were closed, but the employees Michael, Shaun, Jeffery, and Keyona were kind enough to help us. They offered great service especially considering we came late.

Roanoke North Carolina. Ordered tires and schedule an appointment for May 4th 2023 at 8 in the morning. I arrived at 8am to a locked door for the automotive center. I had to walk around and come in through the main entrance and wait for 15 more minutes for somebody to acknowledge me. I was then informed that it would be 9 before they could touch my vehicle. Had to go up front and request a store manager. After another ten minutes I learn the compressor is broken and they wouldn't even be able to touch my car at 9. I received no communication and they allowed me to show up and waste my time ,this is very poor customer service.

They don’t answer the phone for carcare center. The operator answered fine but car care won’t pick it up. Im sure they have the line disconnected. So the phone won’t ring
