The worst place I’ve ever gone for an oil change. Service alone is terrible. Walk in, nobody says anything.workers walking past without saying anything at all so I’m just standing there. I wait close to 5-7 minutes until I finally have to flag down a worker. The guy was slow talking and unenthused. When my vehicle was ready, a young chubby girl was walking around, SO SLOWLY! She seen me a few times so I assumed she didn’t work there because she wasn’t wearing a vest. She finally, after about ten full minutes, she walks up and asks if I need help. When it was time to lay she didn’t say a single word, didn’t tell me the total, didn’t say anything at all. These same people will be outraged if they didn’t have a job. Definitely, definitely won’t be back.

Horrible customer service. I pulled up, waited about 7 min, walked inside, pass 4 or 5 workers, no acknowledgement. Stood at counter 10/15 minutes, TWO workers came out and walked pass me, NEITHER said one word to me, no "someone' will be with you in pne minute mam" , no "what do need help with' , NOTHING. ... Finally 15 minutes later a lady happens to come back there because the phone rang and then she tells me oh you have to go back out on the Bay and tell them you need an oil change,, OK so I go out there try to get their attention because it's a loudest heck out there and when he came up, he had an obvious a attitude.. You would THINK that if The process is a customer and forms you of what they need out on the Bay that they would acknowledge you when you walked in to the Bay and n

Went in with my own tires to get them mounted. Website says $18 per tire. Store says $11 per tire. No where does it say that the "mandatory lifetime rotation and balance" of $15 per tire is a separate charge. I understand disposal and valve stems are obviously charged extra for, but was not aware that I'd be paying over double the advertised price per tire until AFTER the service was completed. If I would have known that I would have given my money to a local tire shop.

Worst service ever! I bought my battery from the Walmart in Bay City and installed it with the help of my dad. Less than a year since it was installed it began to corrode very badly and was advised to take it to the walmart auto center to get it replaced since it was under warranty. Not only was the employee rude but I had to fight to even get them to take a look at my car. After an hour of waiting around he said that nothing was wrong with the battery and refused to replace it for me despite it being under warranty.

I took my car here to get my winter tires put on they didn't clean up the edges of my rims at all so all 4 tires had rim leaks after. They put clip-on weights on the outside of aluminum rims which you're supposed to use adhesive on the inside of the rim so 1 of them fell off right after. I came back when I had time and they said they wouldn't do anything for me because I didn't get the "Road hazard warranty". So I had to go somewhere else and pay more money on my tires. Do not let Walmart workers touch your vehicle.
