If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service at this store is non existent. Management, Kyle specifically, does not care about the standard of service Walmart customers receive. Do yourself a huge favor and spend the extra $20-$30 and go somewhere else or do it yourself. Unless you have an hour and 15 min to waist while your vehicle is actively IN THE BAY and don’t mind if oil is spilt all over your engine. There is no sense of professionalism, leadership or a department manager currently at the Sandusky location. 2/29/26 I watched the 2 other customer finally leave dissatisfied after waiting much longer than I.

I make an appointment and they don't pull my vehicle into the garbage until 30+ minutes after the appointment time. Three times in a row this has happened, so I am giving up and going elsewhere.

Laura is rude, deliberately wears her name tag backwards (Two days in a row, I was at this location and spoke with her), Not helpful, and has a problem with every answer you give her to the questions that she supplies. Next time I buy tires from Walmart, I will probably ask to not deal with her.

Went there today for them to put two new tires on our car. A easy 10 minute job they milked for 3 hrs. They were not busy, I watched someone walk around our car for 20 minutes looking at everything but the tires. We missed very important deadlines because they also didn't tell us it would be this long but every person after us that came in they would tell them "it's going to be a couple of hrs of a wait" had we known that we wouldn't of came. Very disappointed with the service here. Could have paid someone else to do it and have it done cheaper just didn't expect this from them.

We had to come back multiple times even after ordering them because they told us we couldn’t get the exact tires we had on the car already. They charged an extra $50 to balance the tires when we were going to do it ourselves, but they “couldn’t take it off”. They took over two hours to change 4 tires, and told us it would only take 1 hour. Definitely do not recommend if you want your tires changed in a timely manner.
