Walmart Auto Care Center

I purchased 4 tires on line from Walmart on 7/28/2025! They are the wrong size. The website gave me this size. Returned them and asked to exchange them for the correct size or refund so I can reorder. They won't refund the tires because it's a third party blah blah! Called Walmarts customer CARE # 6 times. Was told I would get a refund! Today is August 10th haven't received a refund or exchange for the tires! So I'm out money's i desperately need to buy tires! WHAT THE HANK? MUTI BILLION DOLLAR RETAILER??? Living on ss being a elderly on disability?? I would seriously would make this public!! I left the tires at super Walmart in sebastian florida! I continue with this battle today. Catherine

I got tricked by them and now I have to pay out of pocket. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation 2 months ago, and found my car leaking oil and coolant since. When I went to ask them to fix it, the woman at the front desk pointed out that they included in my notes it CAME IN leaking oil and my tires were too worsen to rotate. My car wasn’t leaking oil previously, you can ask the oil stains on my driveway that weren’t there… I wish I would’ve checked the notes before I signed. I was definitely naive to think they would call me and tell me these things BEFORE they worked on my car. I definitely expected them to mention it to me on pick up, but no. Just shove it in the notes and don’t mention it until I’ve signed and paid because god forbid they’re held liable for their mistakes. So ple

Super fast on new tire installation. I got 2 tires and was in and out in half an hour!

Had 10 AM appointment to have damaged tire ,bolt in it, to replace tire. Left at 12:13 Road Hazzard not honored. With appointment Why lack of staff.? ? Tire had 2,500 miles on it. What happened to Honest Professional Quality Service. Customers waiting Not at all happy. Walmart has become a K mart. Service center Sebastian Florida. 1/24/2024 Writing a review was important. Walmart reached out and made a bad experience Good. Finaly the road hazard warranty was honored.

The staff at the Auto Center deserve 5 stars. They were all very friendly and helpful. 3 stars given because of Corporate policy which does not allow you to schedule a tire rotation online which is a huge inconvenience to the customer that may want an oil change and tire rotation. With the current policy, after you get an oil change or other service, you go to the back of the line for a tire rotation. Is this Walmart's attempt to discourage customers that receive free tire rotations when they purchase their tire care package? Bad business if so!
